Content Creation and Curation:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing objectives.
  • Plan and schedule content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts.
  • Develop and curate high-quality, on-brand content for various social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Utilise creative tools and resources to enhance visual and written content.

Brand Voice and Messaging:

  • Define and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social channels.
  • Craft compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience.
  • Grow our User Generated content library and feed into wider channels.

Influencer Network Development:

  • Identify, reach out to, and nurture relationships with potential influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and impactful content that aligns with our brand.
  • Create a strong relationship with influencers by working with them on promotional tactics and content creation, ensuring that our brand and their personal brand compliment each other.

Community Engagement and Management:

  • Monitor and engage with our community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and personable manner.
  • Work with customer services and sales to identify community needs and customer insights. Feed into the wider team to support in revenue growth through relevant campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for user-generated content and community-driven initiatives.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyse key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing content and strategy.

Trend Monitoring and Innovation:

  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
  • Integrate innovative strategies to enhance our brand's digital presence.



  • 2 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on brand development and content creation.
  • Proficient in social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong creative and storytelling abilities, with an eye for design.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in, or a strong willing to learn about influencer marketing.
