Who we’re hiring:

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the growth & marketing strategy for our platform and Innovation and Advertising Research Portfolio (amongst other initiatives) — enabling us to keep growing.

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting  product managers, revenue teams, and marketing. You will be working on Zappi’s Innovation and Advertising pillars and Platform changes and comms, supporting growth and marketing activation. You’ll work closely with marketing to create campaigns and activities that cut through to new and existing customers.

The overall objective for this role is to create the demand that continues Zappi’s double-digit product growth in 2024 and beyond.

As a member of the Zappi Marketing team, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Produce stand-out product marketing, sales collateral and education assets that support product launch, enable internal stakeholders and ongoing promotion
  • Support the Product Marketing leads and collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product
  • Create GTM plans with product marketing leads.  Oversee execution of GTM plans.  Measure impact of plans and apply learnings
  • Ensure and deliver quality standards of all branded product communications across all the channels (website, knowledge base, case studies).  Oversee messaging guides and make sure they’re up to date
  • Support Product Managers, Expertise, and Revenue to understand the value proposition and elaborate positioning and marketing strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market & competitors to inform our go-to-market strategies and plans 
  • Drive internal engagement and excitement in product marketing efforts; particularly, driving product proposition enablement across the revenue teams
  • Manage the creation of product release materials & partner with the enablement team to ensure internal awareness & adoption
  • This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary and dynamic position, requiring close collaboration with the Product teams, content team, Sales Teams, as well as other Marketing functions

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in insights, marketing or research with an interest in product marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to use insights and data to inform strategy
  • A self starter that gets things done
  • Ability to work in a fast moving changeable environment and handle ambiguity 
  • Excellent communicator, great storyteller with strong writing and visualisation skills
  • You love to problem solve, get hands-on, experiment, and measure 
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, and action plans that get delivered.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, and aptitude for forging trusted relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams,
  • Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills
  • A strong collaborator who is comfortable working cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment

  • Salary range £28,000-£30,000 per annum. Salaries are benchmarked annually
